Yesterday was Rushton's very first Easter. It's amazing, as new parents, how many first's we will get to experience in the next several years. Daniel and I went down to the valley to celebrate the holiday with family and friends. Daniel's friend Bryce had his bachelor party on Friday so Rush and I spent time with my family Friday/Saturday! It was a ton of fun! Then Sunday, we had Easter lunch with my family and Easter Dinner with Daniel's family! Loved it! Daniel and I both miss Phoenix so much. There is nothing like a beautiful spring morning down in the valley! I love, love, love it! Rush seemed to enjoy himself, too! Not to mention all the extra attention from people who've missed him! Here are pictures of our weekend (in no particular order). As a new momma I have discovered my time is limited. To add caption to each photo... well, that is a luxury I no longer have! Enjoy the pictures!
PS: I totally felt the earthquake that happened yesterday! It was crazy! I was sitting at the computer, working on homework, and all of a sudden it felt like I was moving (but I knew I wasn't). I started getting sick as a result and my eyes got all funky... like my vision was blurry! After about 45sec's of this I grabbed the side of the table and the wall and announced, "guys, something is wrong with me." Everyone looks at me funny-- what? My dad suddenly shouts, do you feel that, too? At first we weren't sure but then it became quite obvious- the chandelier was moving, the blinds, the paintings. It was the weirdest feeling I have ever experienced! Made me feel like I was on the verge of a seizure! Anyway, thought I'd share that my family (rushton and daniel included) are earthquake survivors *wink!

Laura you look amazing and so happy. You would never know you just had a baby. I'm going to get a hold of my aunt that works at Tempe St.Lukes she has been there for over 20 years and has a lot of connections within the hospital as well as on the labor and delivery floor and the er. So she probably could get you a job, I'll let you know what I hear
